Mainly self taught, but initially gained an interest from 2 girls I used to knock around with.
One who lived in Kenya during the Mau Mau terror, her dad was in the British Army fighting them. And the other bird was a kiwi who travelled through Africa in the early 70's and ended up in Egypt and got a bit part in the film "Gallipoli". Every time she'd watch the film she'd go "look, it's me, that's me!" She was fluent. I'm still learning. Kuzama em wote! ![]() |
