+1 Another vote for Silent Hunter III, here.
 As far as your request for mods to cheat  ...Well there are some of those mods in the Downloads section, if you take the time to look. However, most of the folks here are on the opposite end of the scale; making the game realistic enough to be grogged by the stink of the diesels.
