After reinstall did you deleted completely the users\documents\SH5 folfer?. If don´t, do it , start new campaign, skip the tutorial and try in scapa again. It worked for me.

Yes I did. Also tried the things suggested in the other topic. Doesnt work either. Have to say that with OHII 1.8 I cant play the tutorial because I get CTD a docking in Kiel. With 1.7 I didnt had that. And because I remove the SH5 folder I cant change the setting: completed tutorial to true. Is there some way to change this without starting a new campaign?

Im gonna test some things in my mod configuration to try and seek if the problem is there. Let you know about the results.
