I thought about surfacing off her stern and hitting her with my deck gun, but the thought of her secondary 6" guns gave me pause. ![]() the distance or angle, one hit from one of those babies would put a serious hurt on my boat. ![]() DavidI |

Never sank a Gato class boat. Saw one from a distance in the Bay of Biscay.
My thought? That CO is crazy! Any torpdeo boat on the surface is gonna get hammered. Must have an early form of IFF.
