Last week I started on fresh SH5 install using THIS MOD order as guide, (with the exception that I use only about half of the MODS listed there, and add a couple of my own), but I still followed the suggested order and I now have an amazing SH5. - Hope that helps get you back up to speed with all the latest as of ... well, he just updated it today: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...76&postcount=1

First order of business is to log in. I'm not able to log on to ubisoft. I get a server not available message. Let me know if there is an obvious fix or please offer other suggestions.
Of course I'm still under the assumption that we need to log onto ubisoft to play. |

DRM have been removed many Months ago, therefore you dont need anymore internet connection to play SH5, you need internet only the first time when you install and register the SH5

Oh Sweet. That means a lot of our old friends have joined the ranks of SHV. No more hold outs. At least because of DRM. Thanks so much for the help. I'm back in the war. I did not need to reinstalled. All I did was log onto UPlay as suggested and then boot SHV. It installed the update and I'm on the hunt. I'll spend some time looking at Sobers mod list and compare it to my own to find the gap.
