If you are not using SH3 Commander, after patrol go to career menu and click on filing cabinets upper left corner. On this page lower left corner click on awards. Click on medals, bring up crew member, drag and drop.
If you are using SH3 Commander, career menu, bottom right available actions, manage your crew. Hope this helps jimmy. Good hunting.
