Itīs one of the stock-game bugs. CO2 not refresh too, and you cannot load external torpedos. Only helps save and reload. Especially annoying, in conjunction when you have damaged some ships. Theyīre fresh after reload.

Exactly! Well, new here at SH5. So much things are fixed, some seems more complex than this one. This is a must need fix, itīs really so much frequent and can bring really odd&annoying problems like uekel described.
I yet donīt saw any other big problem with the (modded/fixed) UIs as this one.

more than likely you have installed something that lowered (increased draught) of the sub. This will cause havoc and will cause the problem described. Remove the mod(s) that increase sub draught and see if the problem doesn't go away.

I could be wrong but I thought dynamic environment changed the sub's .sim files to give it a more rolling motion. It changed many parameters for the sub like draught, drag, etc. I could be totally wrong but this is what I seem to remember

As you can see above in my list I donīt really use any env mod. I only use the high resolution underwater rocks/flora from Din.Env that donīt have any file that overwrite subīs files. Anyhow donīt forget that itīs a intermitent problem, not all the time. Iīm playing in the last two hours and the problem didnīt happened again.
I will maintain this thread alive as I found any news/clue on the matter.

Did you say that your using Sober's list? I think your problem may be solved by merely rearranging your mod soup. Try putting your Mighty fine crew mods after the enviornment mods. The animation might be having problems following the env mods.
Anyway, I have the mighty fine crew right after all of the env mods and almost never have any animation problems. The one problem I do have is documented and the crew doesn't come off the bridge after ordering a dive, then I just pess dive (or periscope depth) again twice in a row and they come in and the ship dives.
Anyway, I hope rearranging them will help.

Reading all of these post . I can see that these problems happen occasiionally at least for me .. The problem described about your crew not being topside after surfacing has happend a few times for me .. when this did happen . I was in rough seas , and it was like a mutiny .. Crew topside is more like eye candy , The only important person is the xo as a watch officer .. who cant point out visual contacts and get the crew to man the flak/deck gun , MCCD enabled he has more authorty when you are on the bridge to order the crew your needs of the - Uboat .. I have often and continull y saved my game after the automatic feature saves the game ,

A few things that bother me in :"saved games " is .. The fact in my last sortie I iam compltelty out of torpedoes . I had just hit a hog island frieghter and caught him in his bow area . when you leave the game he is on fire , Being saved , But when you return the fire is out and he steaming away on his , seemingly un damged .. Unlike sh4 if you save the game you will return o th ework you have done .. is this a bug of sorts .. and a final question is ! when you disable mods in sh5 , what happens to all the disabled files . do they stay in the folders ? I noticed when you disable mods in Sh4 .. your recycle bins is full of disabled mods folders . I wonder if loeft over mods in sh5 , Can they cause CTD ' s If the ctach is not cleared ?
