WELCOME ABOARD!
 It's true, normally 15 degrees was the rudder angle for course changes. The command was "Right Standard Rudder" and then the course designation ("Two-five-zero degrees"). No, there is no mod to do this. I also wish there was, because if you click 15 degrees and then click a new course it automatically goes to 40 degrees.
