TDW probably incorporated one of those into M_Opus.
(not sure why you still have M_O in your mod list, it's pretty outdated now... I reckon the other mods you have installed have replaced pretty much all of it!

Now it works, it seemed that the fileserver was down. I downloaded the brown version without problems now

. Good looking mod... less "modern" that the stock uboat chart.
And even the torpedoes texture is rework... nice.
