Ok, the long winded way....
 Right Click on the file your try to view as indicated. The should be a error/whats wrong option, which should bring up a window with the option of web help, that'll open microsofts website on the page of the error and what codec is required to fix it, also a link to the codec will be supplied. Hope this helps Snowsub
