Ahoy Stoli151,
I'm going to answer this one anyway as I had the same reservations and continued with SH4 and 3 until I found out about the relaxing of the DRM. After loading up a few of the larger Env Mods and Interior ect, I found this game to be no less than a truly great standout on it's own. It's not a sequel by any means, it's much different than SH3 or 4 in that it's more role playing as a Kaleun. It has all of the strategy that the other two have but it's also more human as you will interact with the upper crew members to keep the boat in shape. There are of course mods for everything (just about). I will never stop playing 3 or 4 because they've become great over the years with the modding efforts but to let this game slip by would be missing out on a truly great visual and immersive experience. Hope you get and have fun!! D40 ![]()
