I used to play with it off, but realized that only an incompetent Chief Engineer wouldn't be able to tell me that we had been hurt bad, and shouldn't dive too deep. Now he wouldn't be so exacting as the percentage they give you, but as there's no alternative, no middle ground, I've begun to leave it on.
The lowest I have recorded in the patrol reports is 38.10%, back from when I was learning to play. |
