I need some mod help please

Now when i first bought SH5 i had alot of CTD issues and after trying everything else i finally figured out it was my Asus HDMI audio card that i used for Bluray playback. Once i removed it no more CTD.
I got SH5 back out again a few weeks ago after uninstalling it over a year ago. I used a few of the early small mods back then but nothing like whats out there today.
So i have been reading the forums here for the last few weeks trying to come up with a mod list to my liking. I seem to be having a problem with one of my favorites. The Mag Opus seems to cause CTD. It can take minutes or hours of playtime before it happens, i cant seem to find a pattern to it.
I was hoping someone could look at 2 mod list and tell me what the problem might be.
This first one is without the Mag Op and it works perfectly and not one crash even after many hours of playtime.

Have you merged the Magnum Opus Patch 2 that's available before enabling it in JSGME?

Note that the patch isn't a standalone addition to Magnum Opus, you need to extract Magnum_Opus_Patch_2\MODS\Magnum_Opus_v0_0_1\data from the archive and overwrite the data in the main Magnum Opus directory before enabling the mod.

yes i merged the patch 2 before enabling per the read me. I also watched the UTube 3 part video on proper install.
