Have you merged the Magnum Opus Patch 2 that's available before enabling it in JSGME?

Patch 2 is to be installed IN PORT only! To avoid CTDs: after applying the patch start the game and load career. When in bunker save career. Exit game. Restart game. Continue playing

Note that the patch isn't a standalone addition to Magnum Opus, you need to extract Magnum_Opus_Patch_2\MODS\Magnum_Opus_v0_0_1\data from the archive and overwrite the data in the main Magnum Opus directory before enabling the mod.
