He completed two trips post qualification but wasn't impressed with the nationality of the crews they used or the meals so he applied to an agency in Dover who recruited for Holland America Line (based in Seattle) http://www.hollandamerica.com/main/Main.action and the rest is history as they say. His medium to long term goal is to get his Masters then branch out into practicing or teaching (not sure which) Maritime Law. |
