Young Buna has just phoned home (he returns this Thursday) and has informed his doddery old parents that his appraisal from his current skipper is very satisfactory...he is being put forward for his Chief Mates ticket at the beginning of next year...still at the tender old age of 22 years :sunny:

Cool! But don't forget the play dad and ask "Only 'Very Satisfactory'? What happened to 'Excellent!'?" :D
