Open (C:\games)\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg\Comman ds_en.cfg with notepad and add the 'c' between the commata to command 313:
[Cmd313] Name=Fire_torpedo Ctxt=1 Key1=0x0D,c,"CTRL Enter" and you'll have to press CTRL + Enter to fire a torpedo.
