You point it out. As is your job if you're interested in honest debate.

The point is that it wasn't, which is why he should point out what he percieved as innacurate so it can be addressed.
If he objects to a statement and calls it based on imaginary events then he should have no difficulty specifying whaich parts were not true.....if he is interested in honest debate of course.
