Like has been mentioned, I wouldn't worry about the weight loss too much right now, easily fixed later- A crate of Newcastle Brown Ale for example, is good for weight gain- about 3 kilos per crate (Jim has the full details).

Absolutely. And I better not mention the Brown Ale to the Dietician then . Although i'm sure if Jim was a Dietician he would recommend that every week, without fail.
