Thanks for the reply, I un installed all. Re installed SH3 (fresh install), GWX SH3 commander and only activated the alternate flotilla mod and it showed up.
I usually install MEP 3.0 and the MaGui mod, and the GWX Whilhelmshaven, St Naz, Schluese and xtra ships V6, TMT v2. Do you know or think that one of the last 3 mods modify the flotilla.cfg file (I think that is what is). I will try each mod and see what it changes or it lists as error or conflict with them. I have played GWX ever since I got SH3, and really love the mod. The best out there IMHO. Thank you for all the help so far ![]() Just a quick update. I started installing each mod one at a time and checking to see if the 3rd was still there. Magui F seems to be the problem one. I installed it and no more 3rd, uninstall it 3rd is back. I checked the list of conflicts, I did not see a flotilla.cfg file being replaced, so I am not sure which file is doing it. I will try the GWX Whilhelmshaven, St Naz, Schiuese V6 and see if it does anything. Again thanks for the all the help I really do appreciate it. Last edited by Shado; 08-03-11 at 07:16 PM. |

Anyone have a link to the GWX alternate flotilla mod?
The only way I know how to get it is install the entire GWX mod to my PC and then copy it from there after extracted and I want to avoid having to do all that.

I used to play GWX3 exclusivity and had the same issue as you. Someone suggested I use the 3rd Flotilla Mod from NYGM. Here at
https://www.subsim.com/mods1/nygm/ It worked for me. Also don't enable it too soon in your mod soup. I enable it before "the Supplement to V16B1" and I receive all my radio messages too. Hope this helps
