I dont think that there is anything wrong with this at all there are tons of other interest groups giving out scholarships to various races and ethnic groups

The only problem would be if it was pushing education from groups of people like the above mentioned poster.
But since this group is just a small publicity stunt which must spend far more of their "charitable" donatations than it gives out then fairplay to them for screwing over their donors
