I'm presuming you have opened JSGME (the one that came with GWX) and can see the mods enabled in the right hand column.
If that is the case, perform a rollback with Commander and create a new career. You could also upgrade Commander with the latest version: http://www.gamefront.com/files/17709755/SH3Cmdr32_7z
