A mother-of-five from Iowa has emerged as one of the front-runners in the Republican race to take on Barack Obama in next year's US presidential election. So could Michele Bachmann end up in the White House?

All the momentum among Republicans dreaming of the Oval Office is currently with one woman.

Michele Bachmann, a Tea Party favourite and Minnesota congresswoman, is gathering a head of steam in her attempt to win her party's nomination next year.

One day after dominating the Sunday political shows, the former tax lawyer formally launched her campaign in her home state of Iowa, which hosts the first stage in the Republican contest in February next year.

I didn't know we had 57 states, that we had to pass bills to see what's in them, there was shovel ready jobs, oh the shovel ready jobs weren't as shovel ready as we thought, we are the people that we were waiting for, no drilling for oil in the gulf, ATMs are stealing jobs, green jobs, and the government must invest in the future, we must spread the wealth around in the name of redistrabution, we must tax the rich, you can't build airplanes there, and that's not my krotch .All statements made by members of the Democrat Party you can put the peices together yourself If you must hang on every word that the conservative canidates have said, just remember what this present administration has said and done. And what do you have against freedom anyway??????

You forgot, "can not drive big SUV, fill the tires on your vehicle and the A/C can not be set at 72 anymore. (unless you live at the White House)

And how did we forget about the light bulb that was the big one. If the Lefts movement was so righteous it would stand on its own merits without, rudeness, name calling and violence.
