Not sure if it's in the instructions, but if you're going to uninstall you should run a good registry cleaner prior to re-installation.

If you need one, there's a number of good free cleaners available such as this one from Glarysoft:

Also, be sure to remove any SH3 items from your 'My Documents' folder. Good luck!
