In my old system I had screen res at 1920 X 1200 (in windowed mode). Shadows slider at half. Anti-aliasing at 1/4 from left side, and everthing else at max. V-sync was enabled and very rarely did the FPS ever drop from 60. Hope that helps

The shadows and anti-aliasing have the biggest effect on fps in this game.
