Almost any scene from Casablanca.
The entire 40-minute attack sequence in Tora! Tora! Tora!
Any of the fight sequences from Richard Lester's version of The Three Musketeers. And most of the dialogue as well.
Any flight sequence from Wings, Battle Of Britain, The Hunters or The Blue Max.
The San Mere Eglise attack from The Longest Day, which starts with one man and pulls back to show hundreds crossing the bridge.
Any of the racing sequences from The Racers, Grand Prix! or Le Mans.
The B-17 belly landing from 12 O'Clock High (just watched it again last night).
The "Drop your gun or the girl get's it" scene from Billy Jack. Better by far than Eastwood's "Make my day".
The 'tin cup' scene from Tombstone, and several others.

I could go on.

That is a great one. Actually every scene Val Kilmer is in in Tombstone is a great scene. Outstanding movie, even though it's horribly flawed from a historical perspective.

Just to name a few:

The sequence in "The Godfather" where Michael Corleone is having all the heads of the crime families asassinated while he is at the babtism of his godchild(His sister's kid IIRC ). Great sequence. I cant' walk through a revolving door without thinking of that scene.

The big showdown in the graveyard at the end of "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly"

The wide angle view of mission control at the end of "Apollo 13" when the chutes are opening on their return to Earth. Makes me cry every time. I just tell my kids it's allergies.

"Luke...I'm your father."

"Some Like It Hot"-any scene with Marilyn Monroe in it.

The seduction scene in "The Graduate"

The whole Mines of Moria sequence in "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings".

The killing of the Nazgul in "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King".

"The Longest Day"-when the French commandoes launch the attack against the Casino in Ouiesterham(sp?). The aerial shot has always stood out in my mind.

Al Pacino in "Scarface"- "Say hello to my leedle frieend!"

"Jaws"-when you forst get a good look of the shark coming up and chomping the guy that just got knocked out of the boat.
And of course the "We're going to need a bigger boat." scene.

My favorite Jaws scene is Robert Shaw describing the USS Indianapolis incident.

And that part when that blokes head drops out from the bottom of the boat

The opening 20 minutes or so of Saving Private Ryan
Anything from Das Boot or We Dive at dawn
And Peter Sellers playing Inspector Clouseau

And there is more but just cant think right now

I always like Michael Caine. He will tell you even today that he feels he is a crappy actor. I liked him in every movie I have seen with him. Most recently Batman/The Dark Knight.

A couple more -

Schindler's List - The camp comandant (Ralph Fiennes) stands on the balcony of his house over looking the concetration camp, randomly shooting Jewish workers. A horrific but extreamly powerful scene.

Pan's Labyrinth - Don't eat the food!

Any frames from The Book of Eli that include that awesome sky.

http://stargate.wikia.com/wiki/Window_of_Opportunity has a great sequence of O'neill and Teal'c hitting shots through an open wormhole is one of my all time favorite scenes from the show.

Pretty much every Star Wars fight sequence from episode 1-6. Except the one in Episode 1 on land. The gungans weapons and Jar Jar just make that painful to watch.

The Matrix. The original Lobby fight, that's one of my favorites.

Lot's of others
