Still getting the same CTD as mentioned in first post

I'm trying Aniuks link. Thanks.

Edit:
Solved! After running Aniuks link I was told that the game already was updated to latest version. Launched the game as "administrator" and everything went smooth..
One happy camper thanks you all for help and hints
