Jimbunas Diecast Collection

Beautiful collection there jimbuna.

I was planning to collect Unimax diecast tanks but the local hobby store dropped the line. So, I'm stuck with a solitary T-34 with no one to shoot at.

I agree with what Chris was saying earlier about putting your collection on view rather than keeping them in the box but I must admit, I do keep the boxes and packaging because when I'm old it would be my intention to sell them on but I wouldn't consider them an actual 'investment' at the present time.

I'd be glad if I recovered what I'd payed...would always pay for a holiday or two away.

That's a good size scale...I used to make plastic 1/35 (Tamiya mostly) kits 25/30 years back.

I use eBay.co.uk a lot and tend to go for the 'new' examples but will go for those harder to find ones if they are 'used' but written and photographed as in 'mint' condition.

Being a collector of Brit post WWII only I reckon I'm within 20 or so of completing my collection (certainly Corgi wise) unless new examples are released.

I wish I knew...but there are at least one here who think it a personal attack I suspect....I'm awaiting Neal sorting it out.
