Well the Soviets/Russians would only have had two opportunities.
Svetlana Savitskaya aboard Soyus T-7 (1982). The two men slept in Salyut 7 and the woman slept in the T-7 for privacy. She was up for almost 20 days The other would be Yelena Kondakova who was on Mir for 5 months in 1995 and then she was on STS-84 for 9 days in 1997 There have only been three Soviet/Russian women in space. The United States has had 43 women in space. So if there was any orbital orgies, odds are that it would have been an American. There were two American astronauts who got married before their mission. It was too late for NASA to swap them for their alternates so they went up even though NASA has a policy against such a thing. If anyone bumped uglies in freefall its them I bet.
