Quite a story and unusual set of circumstances involved in meeting my wife Jenny.
First off we both attended the same high school but never met, my first serious relationship to a girl named Louise lasted for around a year and a half before we split up, during this time Louise's younger sister was best friends with Jen's younger sister but still didn't cross paths, Jen's best friend was also close friends with my sister but still didn't meet. Later I dated another girl who introduced me to horse riding, I then broke up with her after I discovered she was only 15, though I thought she was around 17!! I noticed that a lot of girls went horse riding but virtually no males so I purchased a horse and found a place that agists horses, this is where I finally met my wife, and BTW another unusual thing is that both our Mothers have the same birthday!! We married in May 1976 and we are still very much in love.
In the pictures below taken a couple of months before our wedding, Jen was 22 years old and I was 24 years, when these pictures was taken.

Wow! Great pictures Reece.

I can almost hear The Eagles, Elton John and The Bee Gees in the background.

Thanks! Jen was quite small for her age and I simply lifted her up and put her on top of the road sign, we were visiting Maggea, have family ties to this old pioneering town. Yes the music is basically spot on!

That's a lovely mount you got yourself, Reece. Truly beautiful. And the horse looks pretty good, too.

Yes, my Great Grandfather on my Mothers side is buried in Loxton, He opened the Town Hall there. There is a book written on the Pioneering days and my mother has her picture in there twice as a child.
