Im going to do a Campaign in a type IIA

I did a career in a IIA recently. It only lasted for 6 patrols before Bdu put me on the beach. Damn Bdu anyway.

But it was a good career, I suppose. The records were lost in an upgrade after the "black sky" plague, so I don't have the details, but we sunk something like 90K tons of shipping and four or five warships. Half of these were sunk on the way into or out of Scapa and a few of the SE England ports.

I liked the little IIA, I did. My crew liked it even more. We could only stay out for a few weeks at the most and then they would get a month in the brothels. I think it must have been the best duty in the Kriegsmarine.
