Its pathetic, the NATO will only lead the no-fly zone. Meaning they will not attack ground targets. Personally i think they will only fly above international waters. They just proved the organization is to big, slow and incompetent.
I dont see any reason why the USA would not participate. The last few wars for a regime change were started by the us and are still in progress. This is the opportune moment to help a movement initiated by locals. It will be the French who will benefit from it for sure with the new oil contracts. And they had to, since the independence of Algeria came with oil contracts for France which will expire within 1 and 2 years. France does not have any natural energy source (only nucliar....)
