the Turks were blocking a leading role for NATO, becaysdue they wanted a lading role being perceioved for themselves, they also were pissed that the French did not care for them. Noiw Tuzkrwey makes it appear as if they were the ones who reached the agreement over NATO.

Germany however denies until this minute that there is such an agreement.

And Obama never wanted a leading role for the US at all.

Sarkozistan wants to shine in glory by appealing to what a commentator called the Bonapartian reflex of the French (it is similiar to the American reflex, just with a foreign accent). And they do not trust the Turks.

Berlusconistan saw a leaked information from the inner circle around the Duc... I mean the Big Boss at the top of the heap, saying that Big Boss wants to shine by enforcing a honiurable retreat option for Gaddafi, and that he shall not be harmed and persecuted at all. Well, two buddies amongst themselbes.

Germany still explains why leaving the others alopne and telling the world how bad it all is, is a sing of hoiw storngly Germany is commited to the cause and supports the others. It'S forces in the Med are in full retreat from committment.

The Brits try to hide the costs of the oiperation from their people.

Alliance? Who needs enemies with Allies like this?

Leave the leadership to the French, shall they take care of managing it. Kick the Turks out of NATO, ban Berlusconi and Germany from future consultations. Give CAS to the rebels as long as it is not clear that their victory is not in the interest of European energy concerns regarding the Russian influence in Lybia, which means due to the uncertainty over the rebels there is a chance we cannot rule out that the rebels will be a benefit for Europe, if they win.

And Gaddafi and his poisenous clan: arrest him and have The Hague sentence him for life, else find and kill them, if they cannot be arrested. He already was a known mass murderer, fraudster, liar, thief to his people and terrorist before, now we learned he also is a war criminal, having given order to shoot-for kill civilians without discrimination.

And Berlusconi? A Europe-wide police warrant, and total diplomatic boycott.
