okay. I have that mod.

re the destroyers from rabul to guadalcanal, I saw some of those TF. I was afraid to get too close for two reasons. 1. Not a lot of tonnage. 2. If one dd in TMO is bad (dangerous), the 7 dds has to be TERRIBLE (a disaster waiting to happen.)

I ran into a few of these DD TFs making the run down the slot. I have found in my encounters, that these particular TFs don't (appear) to put as much time and effort into hunting you. It seems (to me anyway) that their priority is to get to their destination. I couldn't get any further than sinking the lead DD though as they were moving too fast and would zig immediately after the first DD was hit.

Saw you guys mentioning the radar countmeasures. The APR-1.This simply shows as a contact line on the map when enemy radar is present.Sometimes your crew will advise "detecting radar signals!" you usually pick up th esignals at 15-20 miles I believe.Looks like the sonar contact lines but youll get it when way out of range of passive sonar and itll blink a lot more.Really great tool to help plan attacks.

Thanks Bubblehead, that's what I was looking for.
