Above you will find a list of all Russian Projects. This list links it with the "Muna Class". If you check on Muna Class you will find:


which, if you ask me has quite some resamblance.

Issue is: This Project 1824 Muna Class has differant call signs. So, i expect that it ones used to be a Muna Class, but has been rebuild later for experiments. Question remains if the torpedo tupes where standard on the BTP (ammo ship call sign) or were fitted in later.

Ships like those were re-purposed for many different roles, AGIs, actual fishing trawlers, supply ships etc. I'll check in my books after I get home from school and see if its a Muna or something similar.
