The old "Can't get depth under keel" problem

I see from the properties of the link that it is supposed to lead to a download at a file sharing site, but I can't get it to work.

That was with Internet Explorer, with Firefox I don't even get the red "X"

I too am having the depth under keel problem. I was hoping someone would have an answer to this. It's ironic that Longam's reply is very similar to the depth under keel reply.
