[REL] Operation Monsun Environmentally & Graphics Upgrade v300

I just installed this and all seems to be well except the attack periscope doesn't have a position indicator designating its height location anymore. The observation periscope still does. Is this normal for this mod or is something amiss? Thanks for any help.

Is there a way to decrease underwater visibility? It seems that at 80m and 10m the amount of light is the same.

Just make sure you read ALL the docs in the support folders. It will answer many questions and give you an idea on the breathe and scope of this fabulous mod.

Thanks again Lurker, another awesome mod, but a bit much for my needs (and tastes). Models, textures and particles are BRILLIANT, my VIIB never looked so good. Also the emblems mod is sweet, nice work tweeking the original mod.
