It's ok to have security measures, but that thing the article describes is a completely stupid situation, and should be considered a psychiatric case of paranoia.

Four letters you guys should really learn to swear about if you want anything to do with the naval and maritime world.

To ensure security of everyone, we have to a) Broadcast every single piece of useful information to everyone in a 30nm radius b) Compromise safety and c) Randomly arrest people.

ISPS sucks. Someday, people will realize that.

And come up with an even crappier convention.
