I would worry more about a Venezuelan diesel sub popping off a couple SLCMs at Washington

I wouldn't worry about that until Venzuela completes the business set up with the neighbouring countries and china which is a hell of a long way of still and probably still won't be functioning fully even if by some miracle Chavez wins a few more elections
