A Iranian Shahab 3 on the Northern beaches of Venezuela would just barely hit the southern most point of Florida... assuming the CEP (2.5 kilometers. The 190m CEP is only in their dreams) allows such a lucky hit.
I don't think I will be digging my bomb shelter this weekend. the Iranian Shahab 3 also can only lift a 800kg payload which equals about a 500kg warhead.
