Skybird may I provide you with this, perhaps it will make an interesting debate, of which I would like to observe, off topic but may be of interest.

I think this is a far more terrifying prospect

"Ghost like" and "apparitions" do not positively identify anything supernatural merely something remarkable or unexpected. The natural living have been known to dress up on occasion with the intent of looking like ghosts or ghouls.

Would I be scared? Heck yes I would! I would hopefully make my demands as clear I could and if they did not heed them. I would soon find out if they were real or not when 9mm bullets started passing into and or through their ghost like bodies.

While I can't say I entirely trust the motives of the OP, I will answer 'cause I like the question

Whenever something like that happened, I would drink up my glass or smoke up my joint. After that, there are 5 options:

- If the ghost is still there *and* a second ghost appears: Go home. I've clearly had enough of whatever I've been smoking or drinking.
- If the ghost is still there, but no second ghost appears: Stay, but take it easy on the alcohol/weed.
- If the ghost has gone, yet a new ghost appears: Keep drinking/smoking. The ghost will go away just like it did last time.
- If the ghost has gone and no new ghost appears: Keep drinking/smoking. There are no health risks yet.
- If I suddenly remember the ghost was actually never there at all: Speed up my drinking/smoking. I can clearly handle some more.

Some good answers, but I see no need for demands or bullets, just yet, maybe a spell or punctuality check would scare them away? no, to menial no I would think it remarkable, a semi-translucent hooded figure appearing to hover in front of me?? surely a perfectly rational explanation there would have to be h-mmm... A second apparition ? of which appears to be defying the laws of physics to wit (1) Its shackles and chains hang downwards, clearly obeying Newtons fourth law of gravity, however, not withstanding that it has passed through a solid wall, it does not fall through the solid floor... (2) Although transparent its translucency is limited to one dimension. That is I am presented with quite possibly a two dimensional elavation. I would be left to wonder how I can see the front of a transparent figure and yet I cannot see through to the back or bones of internal organs? Clearly might I have unknown fell asleep and during a period of rapid eye movement unconsciousness experiencing phantasmagorical reverence.. to wit a dream about ghosts, though as I mentioned am fully awake, or am I, to prove this hypothesis I should apply a sudden pincher like pressure to my left forearm which will cause instantaneous regainment of full conscious faculty and said ghosts should will be de facto gone! if not I would take post 2 advice!!
