"Beast Below" had some Fleet Boats with flags not too long ago if i remember correctly. (If I'm mistaken on the author don't shoot me!)
Now the T-Class British boats have flags I'm sure of.

I did have a mod that added Hull Numbers, Ship Logo's, Diesel Smoke and Flags. I ended up removing the flags because I was not able to figure out how to Show/Hide on demand and many users didnt like it.

Hondo's Valor at Sea website has a nice (but small) graphic showing the US Flag mounted high on the aft AA deck in his header which looks similar to real B&W photo's I have seen. On his website banner the graphic is slightly larger:
http://www.valoratsea.com/main.htm I would like to see a mod that positions the Flag there instead but am perfectly happy without the Flag because I don't think they ran up the colors except upon returning to base, etc. I don't think they would be displayed while on patrol, nor were the large hull numbers.
