When it comes to Nuclear Release Authority, there are redundant systems and redundant to the redundant systems. Then there are the back up systems and the back up back up systems. General LeMay set up a good system. Nothing in the SIOP can have a single point of failure... or even two points of failure. __________________ abusus non tollit usum - A right should NOT be withheld from people on the basis that some tend to abuse that right.
