Well.... considering the jackass has played more golf in his first 18 months in office than the previous president played in 8 years...
this boils down to busy work to make it look like he is actually doing something. i like how obama likes to "get to the bottom of" things and "figure out who's ass he has to kick" etc he loves to seem like he is on your side
