Try this:
Remove SF It removes only f...ing SF drivers.
I hardly recommend to remove these drivers. My experience: when I installed SH3 the first time in March 2005 three DVD drives and one mainboard got damaged within four months. Maybe accidently but i don't think so...

What I found: Antilag works with the SF contaminated sh3.exe
and the cracked one [done by 'Reloaded'] but doesn't work with the official noDVD sh3.exe.

...that looks to be a German version? Are they that different...

No - AFAIK the english and german files are identic...

I was trying to hunt down a no star force version exe to have a go at h.sie coarse...but all there is avaliable is the damn nocd...

h.sie's lesson works only for the official noDVD sh3.exe... ...released by:
