Yea they commissioned some more Ghadirs. Its a North Korean design. Iran has around 7.

Yes two fish or four mines. Then again they can't go much farther than a few hundred miles or so.

Consider them the equivalent of the old German Type XXIII U Boat.

Iran is a decade or more from a nuke that can fit in a torpedo. Right now they and North Korea are at the "Fat man" and "Little Boy" stage.
