They also show they do not have any knowledge on the subject. In some of the posted comments the victims are called "Nazis", in some others "Hippies". WTH?! Isn't that pretty much the opposite of each other?


Also, "Hippies"? Are they serious? From what I read about it, the festival doesn't have much, if anything at all, to do with hippies.
It's a techno/dance festival. If there's any subculture that doesn't stem from the Hippies, it's those guys.
If there's any successor of the Hippie movement, I'd say it's Metalheads. Don't dare to call me a Hippie, but Metal does undeniably have its roots in Psychedelic Rock (besides Blues Rock). (And we've inherited much more from Hippies than just their music)

Funny thing about trolls... there is one living in an adjacent room upstairs from us. Sometimes it's not just the internet that gives them the separation they need -- sometimes it's just a wall or a door. Pretty much the same kind of personality up there in that room as in the comments in the first post.

The Internets Tubes are full of "internet-tough-guys" We have em here too.

I am reminded of this quote

I feel that the Internets Tubes are the same way. The anonymity allows people's true personality to come out. Many people are stupid *******s.

I am sure that there are Psyc and Social Scientists already studying how this unique form of communication affects people's social judgment.

This is one of the reasons, I would like the anonymity of the Internet to go away. The social experiment has gone on long enough to proof the hypothesis.
