Can SHIII (GWX) Work on a Mac?

That's one way to go or (if you are not fan of dual boot) get program called Fusion (it emulates PC environment on Mac without the need of allocating disk space).
Either way SH3 should run just fine.

I did not wrote Fusion (VMware) or the virtual machine from Parallels, because my experience is not quite good.

Virtual machines are OK, but often not good enough to play games. (as said, my experience) ...
