I think once some of the current in game issue's are fixed that these items will be soon to follow.
Everyone is just in fix it mode right now is all.

There will be a final patch, whether it turns out to be the 1.2 or a later one, honestly, one patch or the other will turn out to be the final patch.
I just hope they don't keep us hanging on too long for a final decision.
