I'm from Buenos Aires and the images of the port are not correct.
If you are interested, I have drawings of the two sectors of the harbor in times of WWII. Also photos.

From north to south:

"Puerto Nuevo" sector (1939), looking from south to north:

Soy de Buenos Aires y las imágenes del puerto no son correctas.
Si te interesa, tengo planos de los 2 sectores del puerto en época de la WWII. También fotos.
